When I found an Ikea sofa and 2 chairs at a thrift store for a $125 for all, I jumped on them. Well, not literally but they were loaded in my shaggin wagon in about 15 minutes. All of the zippers were broken and they needed a little cleaning but were in great condition otherwise. I washed up the slipcovers and used them for over a year with no zippers. The covers stayed on relatively well but would slide forward every now and then. When I found Bemz, I knew that these slipcovers would be perfect. Although Chester won’t be allowed on them, my dirty end will, which makes the fact that they are washable all the better! I couldn’t do white sofas with 3 kids and a dog if they weren’t washable.

I really like my dyson it is older, so I don’t know if they have improved. But you were saying the reason you didn’t like your vacuum was because of the hose.
So I have to let you know that I hate the hose on my upright Dyson. Uou need to pull the handle out of the hose, then the hose is alright but man getting it the handle off is a PAIN.
JUST wanted you to know so you didn’t get something that had the same issue as your Shark.

Natalie they look awesome. I love you’re decorating style. I have a suggestion though. Did you ever try putting the large ceramic container holding the 3 branches in your kids TV room on the other side of the end table near the window instead of where you have it? Just my opinion but I think it just may look a little better there ????

The IKEA furniture name is “Ektorp” and they don’t come with slipcovers…those are sold separately. The Bemz fabric I picked is called Belgian Linen.
