This year I left our Christmas trees naked, again! I love the look of a bare Christmas tree filled with beautiful lights! My hubs just finished hooking them all up to the Caséta by Lutron plug in lamp dimmers. This is a sponsored post but everything is based from my true opinion of Caséta by Lutron lighting controls, we love them!
We LOVE that we can now control them all with just a tap on the Lutron app on our phone, or a tap of the Pico Smart Remote, or from the plug in lamp dimmer itself!
Our chandelier is now connected to Caséta by Lutron lighting controls as well! Yayyy! We are one step closer to being able to use our Lutron app for all of our lighting! This is so nice when we are gone and forgot to leave some lights on for Chester or when we are in bed at night and forgot to turn all of our lights off! Just one tap on our phone and DONE!
Even these little lamps can be plugged in with the plug in dimmers and be controlled with a tap of the Lutron app! I love having little old lamps around the house for softer lighting, when we don’t want to have the bright ceiling lights on.
We simply plug our lamp or lights into the side of the Plug in Lamp Dimmer, which plugs into any outlet and is super easy to connect to the Lutron app.
The dimming feature is nice for less bright lighting too! I love having this chandelier on now, where as before, it was so bright all the time. Now we have the choice to have it bright or dim!
The plug in lamp dimmers are great for our mantle garland too!
Being in total control of our lighting gives us peace of mind that that we don’t have to worry about accidentally leaving Chester in the dark and we never have to walk into a dark house again! We can turn the lights on from the app on our phone, no matter where we are, even if we’re in the driveway, before we walk into the house. We can even set it up Geofencing on the Lutron app to have our lights automatically turn on when we are returning home and within a certain distance of our house!
We also set a schedule on the Lutron app to have all our Christmas lights on a timer so that they turn on and turn off at the times we want! Our Christmas trees are set to come on at 7:30 AM and turn off at 11:00 PM.
Having such amazing lighting controls makes my husband like my million trees all the more, ha. We don’t have to get out of bed anymore at night when we forget to turn them off!
The Caséta by Lutron switches and dimmers are so easy to install, program, and use!
We can activate Smart Away in the Lutron app so our lights will turn on and off at different intervals throughout the evening if we desire, creating the illusion that someone is at home even when we are away!
We absolutely love having our Christmas lights managed by our Caséta by Lutron lighting controls! They have lots of options that make our lives so much easier!
