I’m so excited to share with you how I spruced up my entryway for Spring. Spring is just around the corner, and in Tucson, you don’t have to peek around the corner. Spring is here all Winter long. Come visit me!
I’m also so in love with these gorgeous products that I received from Serene Spaces Living. I love how they have springified (there I go again, making up words) my entryway. I was on the search for a good price for faux lavender in pots and I ran across their site. I loved the pots that they came in and they were the best prices that I could find. I wanted to share them with you because I knew that you would love them too.
Serene Spaces Living prides themselves on making sure that their customer is happy and has a smile on their face when opening their package. Their products are all so nicely packaged and they also support “fair trade” on their site under “collections”. I love how they support fair trade and allow makers to sell their products, where maybe initially they would not have the opportunity to do so.
I got out my camera and this is where Chester came to sit, no lie. It’s like he’s trained to model or something.
These Mossed Redstone Pots are so stunning and have a hole right in the bottom for drainage for real plants. I just can’t manage to keep my plants alive lately, so faux it is for me.
I LOVE how the pots appear aged and add so much texture to this space.
And, remember that faux fern that I found at the thrift store? Ahhh, I love it in this pot from Serene Spaces Living.
I love how the pots come in different sizes for added dimension on my shelves too. I left a couple of them empty and I love the look and that it’s not too overpowering with plants up here.
These DIY shelves that I made make this space so versatile. I can switch things out for different seasons with no holes in my wall for hanging things. I just prop it right up here on the shelf and change it out when I desire. LOVE!!
Do you think Chester is bored yet? Nope, he’s not. He actually loves sitting here when my front door is open to check out the birds and the people passing by on the sidewalk.
I found this frame at a thrift store and it fits my “Horses At The Barn” photo perfectly from Christine at Shutter Tree Photos. Her photos sure are amazing.
I’m so glad you all suggested for me to keep this cart. I think I would have missed it too much. This succulent garden bowl from Serene Spaces Living is so real looking. The faux plants that look real are the best in my opinion! I’m pretty sure that’s what we all want when we purchase a faux plant and this succulent bowl definitely fulfilled my expectations of that. I propped mine in an old wood bowl for added height and I love how it looks.
It’s pretty windy here today but it’s also 70 degrees which helps when it’s mid February, so I might just have to plop down here for a nap while the fresh breeze blows in through my front door and Chester sits beside me watching the birds. Just don’t come murder me while my front door is open. K?
I’m so excited that soon we will be changing out this tile flooring for wood laminate! I can’t wait! Thank you for helping me decide on a color. I have it narrowed down to three that I can’t wait to share with you.
Faux plants, plants, plants! Give me all the FAUX plants!
I layered these old vintage rugs for more of a textured look and when I stepped back to look at them, I thought…”why did I not do this long ago?” I love how they look here in front of my old church pew!
I was lucky enough to find this old cart at a thrift store along with so many other items here too that are thrifted. This cart was only….wait for it…..?….$25!! Ahhh, can you believe that? Me, either!
Thank you for stopping by for this little tour of my entryway, my friends! I would love for you to comment below here on my post and tell me what you think of my Springy entryway. And Chester says hi…he actually really just wants a treat, but he WOULD say hi if you were here in person. And trust me, it would be a very UP close and personal, wet hi.

Wow, I love all of it! I definitely want some of the little lavenders, I love the pops of dusty green, and those Moss pots are gorgeous! Your pictures are amazing, I’ve been looking around your blog to see if you mention what kind of camera you use. So far I’ve only been using my iPhone and I would love to upgrade to a not too expensive camera. What do you use?
Thanks for the inspiration!

Looks just fabulous! So envious of your weather right now! Freezing in Wyoming where I live.
My mom is headed your way to visit a friend for the week – she is also looking forward to not having
to wear a coat!!

Love it all, including that handsome Chester! I was in Tucson a few weeks ago for a conference at the Marriott Starr Pass. The weather was amazing and I sure didn’t want to return to the winter blah of the midwest. I’m ready to come back!!!
